Refund Policy

Digital products

Every PupManager product is delivered instantly as downloadable files. Because access is immediate, purchases are generally final. If a file will not open, is not what was described, or you were charged twice, contact us and we will make it right.

How to request a refund

Email support@pupmanager.com with the email address you used at checkout and a short note about the problem. We aim to reply within two business days.

Problems with your download

If a file will not open or a link has expired, use the “Find my order” page to have a fresh access link emailed to you, or contact support and we will always fix delivery problems.

Statutory rights

Consumers in some jurisdictions have additional statutory rights that this policy does not limit.
