Refund Policy

All sales are final

Every PupManager paid product provides immediate access to digital files or the lifetime web app. Because access is granted immediately, all paid purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations after access is provided, except where required by law.

Access and billing support

A no-refund policy does not limit support. If a file will not open, an access link has expired, or you cannot enter the app, use the “Find my order” page or emailsupport@pupmanager.com. We will restore access and correct verified billing errors, including unintended duplicate charges.

Statutory rights

Consumers in some jurisdictions have additional statutory rights that this policy does not limit.
