What we collect

• Your email address, so we can deliver your files and answer support requests.
• Order and payment status information returned by our payment processor.
• Marketing attribution data (campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers) where you have consented to non-essential cookies.

Payment data

Card details are entered directly into Stripe and never reach our servers. We store only the payment reference and status Stripe returns.

Advertising and analytics

With your consent we use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure advertising. You can decline non-essential cookies without affecting checkout.

Retention and your rights

We keep order and delivery records for as long as needed to support your purchase and meet accounting obligations. Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data. Contact support@pupmanager.com to make a request.
